Job Description
▪ Must have excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
▪ At least 4 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role
▪ Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, InDesign, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Flash.
▪ Ability to work with technical teams and get into the code (in XML, HTML, or JavaScript) when necessary to create widgets that reflect your designs
▪ A superb eye for style, visual composition and attention to detail
▪ An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions is a requirement for application
▪ Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
▪ Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography for Western Design.
▪ Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly Android and iOS, the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries.
▪ Candidate must absolutely be in sync with design standards and trends with an ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
▪ Roll-up your sleeves attitude to get things done.
