- Resolving customer queries with regards to trouble shooting
- Receiving inbound calls from customers
- Updating the customer with new technologies
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensuring proper service provided to customer

Graduate freshers
SSC + 3yrs of any diploma with
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
